Sister's Hair || Curls

This is one of my favorite simple styles to do on Liz: curl all her hair, and then put a flower at the side.
so elegant!

    1. with a regular curling iron, it takes about 40 minutes! (this style was done with a regular iron)
      But with my curling wand (which I just learned how to use!) I can do it in just under 25 minutes. I'm hoping to do a feature with the wand style soon!

  4. I would love to see a tutorial on how Allison does her hair. How long doe it take for her to do her hair when she just puts it up. My hair is probably about as long as hers and I am always looking for ways to pin my hair up and off of my face and neck. Since it is getting closer to summer, it would be very fitting to do a "Allison hair tutorial".
    I love Elizabeth's hair. My niece had her hair curled like that for my sister's/her mother's wedding. My niece is 11.

    1. I really want to do a tutorial sometime! It takes her an average of 5 minutes, depending on the style she does. She's had years of practice though so she is really fast. She can whip up some updos in literally two minutes. =)

  5. Hi! I love your blog!! i am a very faithful follower. :) you don't even have to post this, i just wanted to ask you if you could give your or your parents view in why you wear skirts? i've seen you wear some pants too but usually you wear a very modest atire and it touched my curiosity. I would love to hear why you think as you do!! It's always a blessing to see your family faithfully serving the Lord! May God bless you greatly! A sister in Christ

    1. thanks for commenting!
      At this point in my life, I have chosen to wear mostly skirts, but I have no conviction about pants vs skirts for women and I do wear pants sometimes.
      thanks for asking!

    2. Ok, was just curious. :) I wear skirts most of the time but it's because it's safer for me where I live. Thanks for answering!

  6. Hey Chels, great job on Elizabeth's hair! I don't make a habit of commenting on posts about girl's hair, but I figured that since I'm your brother it's appropriate! I miss ya'll!
